Welcome to Klabbz — where music comes together. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Klabbz app and services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
To use Klabbz, you must:
Be at least 13 years old, or older if required by local laws.
If under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate information when creating your account.
Follow all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.
We offer two types of accounts:
Creator Accounts: For musicians and artists who want to create and publish music content.
User Accounts: For music lovers who want to explore, support, and interact with content.
Each person may only maintain one personal account unless approved by Klabbz.
You automatically own the original content you create and upload to Klabbz — like your recorded instrumentals, vocals, or video performances.
However:
If you record over a reference track (including one provided by Klabbz or another user), you only own your unique contribution — not the reference track itself or any part you didn’t create.
When combining content with other users (such as creating a synchronized video), each person retains ownership of their own part only.
By uploading content, you give Klabbz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Host and display your content on the Klabbz app.
Promote it on Klabbz's official social channels and materials.
Enable others to create content alongside yours based on your sharing settings.
You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights for any material you upload.
You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:
Infringes on someone else's copyright or other rights.
Is threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful.
Contains explicit sexual content, violence, or material inappropriate for minors.
Is misleading, spammy, or intended to cause harm.
Klabbz may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your privacy matters. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You control your visibility and content-sharing preferences in your account settings.
We may suspend or permanently disable your account if:
You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You abuse the platform or disrupt the experience for others.
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.
Klabbz may update features, services, or these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we’ll do our best to notify you. Continued use of Klabbz means you accept the updated Terms.
Klabbz is provided “as is.” We can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service, and we aren’t responsible for:
Any content posted by users.
Loss of data or access.
Any damages resulting from use of the platform.
